Founded by women, for women Seven years ago, founders Jaclyn and Lia bonded over wanting all women to never be judged on their chest size. Lia was passionate about building a sustainable and ethical supply chain in Colombia (where she's from), and Jaclyn wanted to create a community-powered brand where all small-chested bodies felt represented and seen. Soon after, Pepper was launched in 2017 as a Kickstarter project that was 100% funded in just 10 hours.
